Jon's Friendly Smile

Great smiles start with health care.

Our hygienists pride themselves on giving patients an honest evaluation of their oral hygiene and the state of their teeth and, along with Dr. Daughters, providing a fair and transparent set of options for work that needs to be done.

We have had patients tell us they learned more about their teeth during their cleaning than they ever knew. Our hygienists are knowledgeable and committed to you and your dental future.

Dental Hygiene is the answer!

Young or old the fundamentals of a winning smile are the same:

  • -Brush your teeth twice a day with an ADA-accepted fluoride toothpaste
  • -Replace your toothbrush every three or four months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed. A worn toothbrush won't do a good job of cleaning your teeth.
  • -Floss daily or use an interdental cleaner. Decay–causing bacteria still linger between teeth where toothbrush bristles can’t reach. This helps remove plaque and food particles from between the teeth and under the gum line.
  • -Eat a balanced diet and limit between-meal snacks.
  • -Visit your dentist regularly for professional cleanings and oral exams.
